The Patient Relations Process exists to strengthen, personalize and enhance the relationship between patients, residents, families, care partners, and our health care team. We are prepared and committed to responding to a request for accommodation for the accessible information and/or communication support, from people with disabilities so that everyone has the opportunity to share their experiences in the same timely manner.
Concerns and compliments are unique opportunities for evaluating our delivery of care and improving internal systems and processes. Successful monitoring of feedback assists the Hospital to identify those areas that matter most to patients and residents and where the organization's energy needs to be directed.
To share your concern or compliment regarding our care and services,
- speak with one of the employees or a Manager
- complete a Confidential Compliments / Concerns Form. You can submit your completed Form to the Administration Office, mail, or email to our Patient Relations Officer.
