As an organization committed to providing the best possible care to all our patients, it is important for us to know what your Nipigon District Memorial Hospital patient experience was like. We are committed to putting our patients first by providing quality, patient and family focused care. Our goal is the best possible patient experience. Patient Satisfaction Surveys

We want you to tell us about your stay.    Through patient satisfaction surveys, we receives information that helps us identify where we are doing well and highlights where there are opportunities to improve our care and services.

There are patient satisfaction surveys located throughout the facility to provide your opinion about the services of Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, ER and Acute Services.  Annual Resident / Family satisfaction surveys are also distributed.   

Completion of the survey is voluntary and all responses are kept confidential.  We appreciate the feedback that is provided to us through this survey process.

Nipigon District Memorial Hospital is playing a vital role in continuously improving our health care services by working toward new standards set out in the Excellent Care for All Act.   These new standards will ensure that Ontarians receive health care of the highest possible quality and value.

Patient feedback is extremely important to us as it provides an opportunity to improve the care we provide.  Your feedback may include compliments, inquiries, suggestions and complaints regarding your experience here. 

At Nipigon Hospital, patient relations is the responsibility of all staff and physicians and whereever possible, the concerns of patients and their families should be addressed at the point of communication.
